In Honour of Canada Multiculturalism Day June 27, 2026

ABOUT

US

The Indo-Pacific Foundation of Canada is a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful connections between British Columbia and the Indo Pacific region. We are committed to fostering collaboration, dialogue, and opportunities for immigrant entrepreneurs, small businesses, and communities in Canada while strengthening trade and cultural ties with countries like India, China, Macau, Hong Kong, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam and beyond

THE

VISION

The Parade of Cultures is an event for building friendships, understanding traditions, and showcasing the power of community. As each delegation takes to the track in traditional dress, parading symbols of their heritage with pride, they remind us that multiculturalism is not only about coexisting—it’s about celebrating one another. Whether through dance, music, or costume, each group contributes to a larger narrative of unity and belonging In today’s world, events like this are more important than ever. They serve as living classrooms where audiences learn about each other’s cultures, and where the younger generation sees that diversity is a strength
